Bassani’s Portuguese Tiles designs and sells handmade, hand-painted Portuguese tiles through this website. Enquiries and consultation requests
When you book a design consultation, ask about custom tiles, request samples or use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, project type, subject and message, together with the language of the page and your consent confirmation. Enquiries are stored securely on our website and sent to our team by email.
Orders and customer accounts
When you place an order through our WooCommerce shop, we collect your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, the products you order and any notes you add. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. Because we are paid by bank transfer, we do not collect or store card details; your transfer details are held in our bank and accounting records.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and a record of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Product reviews
If you review a product, we collect your name, email address and review. Your name and review are published on the website; your email address is not.
